Halloween Door Decor

I’ve been pimping Cinders up for Halloween. Cinders being my pink front door, named after the pink paint by Farrow and Ball, Cinder Rose.

I started with this “hello pumpkin” sign I made using an old floor board painted with black board paint. Then I just wrote hello pumpkin using chalk. I drilled two holes and threaded stream through to hang on the door. On the inside of the door is a come on talk upside down so the door sign hangs from that. If you are on Instagram I’ve done some videos in my stories.

I added these real pumpkins and skeleton decoration on one side of the door. The skeletons were picked up in TK Maxx reduces to €17. They’re not my usual style but they had roses so they made it in my trolley.

On the other side of the door are my concrete pumpkins which I painted with polka dots , of course! Again, I’ve added videos in my stories on Instagram explaining how I made them.

The lanterns are from Euro Giant. They were bright orange but I painted them white.

The rose painted pumpkin is one I painted last year, also from Euro Giant. The ghost lantern beside it is just a jar I painted white and drew the ghost face on.

This is my witch I made a couple of years ago, all from old clothes and bits and bobs in my crafty stash.

Have you decorated for Halloween? I’d love to see. There’s some amazing Halloween decor on Instagram this year.
