What an amazing day!

I’ve just got home from the Wool Craft Village and I am sooooo relieved to say that it was a HUGE success.  Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you to all who came and got involved and of course everyone who helped organise it :o)

We had all sorts of craft demos – feltmaking, tapestry weaving, crochet, knitting and spinning and the marquee was full of people all day.  I had over 50 people of all ages, even one guy, join my knitting circle and I think a good day was had by all.  It’s clear that crafts are definitley back judging by the number of people I seen today.

A special hello to Niamh who came down from Dublin with her girls to join the knitting circle after following my blog – that was just the icing on the cake :o)

Now I just have to get my house tidied up for Tuesday and somehow find time to finish my college assignments by Wednesday … Nanny Mc Phee I need you !!!

Hope you’re all having a lovely weekend – more pics to follow x
