Vision Board Workbook

Description

YOU make your dreams happen.  All you have to do is visualise them and believe it and they will happen.  Now that workshops are still off limits I have created this workbook to help you create your own Vision Board at home.  

For as long as I remember I have created vision boards and practically everything I put on my boards has happened, moving to New York, owning a cottage, being on tv and so much more.  I truly believe that if you see it and believe it, it will absolutely happen.  

As I talked more about them on my social media I found more and more people asking how to do them and requesting workshops.  I started with friends and before I knew it I was running them for networking groups, women’s groups and private groups.  They are definitely one of my favourite workshops to run as the room is always full of the most magic energy from everyone taking part.  

This year I decided to pull everything I have created and learned over the years of running these workshops into a simple workbook for you to work on in the comfort of your own home.  All you need is a pen, some me time and all your hopes and dreams!  A good playlist and a nice coffee helps too, or even some bubbles.
